Rhythm is my favorite nightclub in Udon Thani. It is located about 4 kilometers from Central Plaza Mall in the basement of the Napalai Hotel.
I visited it only once, on a Sunday, and it was packed. If you expect Udon Thani nightlife to be boring you will be surprised.
Apart from me, the crowd was 100% Thais in their 20s and 30s. The ration guys/girls was about 3 to 1. We entered for free because we were part of a group but you may have to pay 200THB on weekends to get in.
Drinks are more expensive than elsewhere in Udon Thani (120THB for a Chang Beer) so it's better to buy a bottle (1600THB without mixers). It will also help you get a table.
The club is rather big, with a high ceiling and a perfect set-up to watch concerts. From anywhere you'll sit you should have a good view on the band.
The live music is Thai (pop, rock), but the DJs mix famous International EDM songs.
